How long we retain your data

If you contact us, your question/comment and its metadata are retained so that we may follow up with you to improve our services. If you select to sign up to receive updates on new content or reminders of past content, your name and contact information will be retained indefinitely to provide that service for you. If you would like to be removed from this list, please contact us and we will stop sending you updates but will retain your comment and contact information, unless you inform us that you would like this to be removed as well. If you let us know that you would like all of your data that we have purged from our records, just submit another contact form and we will delete all of your information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted your information in the contact form you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
